Organize your workers into Offices or Crews. Do you have multiple offices? Set up your team by location and call them the Kansas City Crew. Got a finishing crew? Group them together by job function.

Client & Job Management

Enter in your customer's details - Name, Address, Contact Person's Info. Create jobs specifically for that customer. Use our Get Coordinates tool to set the Lat & Long for the jobsite to enforce geofenced clock in and clock out. Set the start time and estimated hours for the job. Add notes, such as materials needed. Upload documents. And select Union options like prevailing wage and adjust for lunch.

Simplified Scheduling

Create a full schedule for your new customer's job with the Batch Scheduling tool. Pick the crew and the job. Pick the start and end dates. Specify the days of the week. Enter in the daily start time and end time. Then from the list of available workers, select the individuals from that crew who are needed at this job.

Geofencing & GPS Pinpointing

To ensure that workers only clock in and clock out when they are near the jobsite, Managers can choose to enforce a job radius. Managers can also dig deeper and look at where the GPS pinpointed the worker when he or she clocked in or out.

Flexible Options

Turn on the Travel Option to allow certain workers the ability to track their time when traveling between locations, whether it’s to other job sites, to the hardware store, back to the office, etc.

Turn on Union Options. If you have laborers who are Union, at the job level, you can select Prevailing Wage and Adjust for Lunch. There is also a Premium Job option to mark a job as higher paying.

Every day, your out-in-the-field workforce logins to the website. Their schedule is the first thing they see. They know exactly where they are going, what materials they need, who else is going there, and what time to get started. Then, as they arrive at the site, the green Clock In will appear. One click and they’re done. Same for clock out.

Completely Secure

Each worker receives their own login credentials and can only see content and pages based on their permission level. Just like every Manager can receive higher permissions and have access to Administrative tools. Owners/Supervisors can receive access to everything. The site is not accessible to the general public or even to search engine crawlers.
